What we collect and why

When you ask for a design we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode and what you tell us about your home and energy use. We use it to prepare your design and quote and to contact you about it. If you download the guide we use your email to send it and, if you agree, to send occasional updates you can stop at any time.

How the forms work

Submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. We don't sell or share your details beyond the services needed to produce your design.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry details are kept for 12 months if you don't go ahead, and for the life of your warranty if you do. Email hello@forthsolar.co.uk to see, correct or delete your data. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. Embedded maps come from OpenStreetMap, which has its own policy.
