Four steps from enquiry to switch-on.
You see the layout, the price and the timeline before you pay anything. This is what happens and when.
Tell us about the house
Two minutes on the form or a phone call. Address, roughly what you spend, and what you want the system to do.
Your written design
Panel layout on your actual roof, battery size, generation estimate for your postcode and one fixed price. No deposit.
Survey
Roof, loft, consumer unit and meter checked. If anything changes the price you see the new number before you pay anything.
Fitted in a day
Scaffold up the day before. Panels, inverter and battery fitted and commissioned. Certification and export paperwork follow.
Step 1. Tell us about the house (today)
Fill in the two-minute form or ring us. We want your address, roughly what you spend on electricity a month, the type of house, and whether you have or plan an EV or a heat pump. A photo of a recent bill helps, because then we size from real consumption rather than averages.
Step 2. Your written design (within 48 hours)
We pull aerial imagery of your roof, measure the usable pitches, model shading and lay out the panels. You get a PDF with the panel positions on your actual roof, the array size, the battery we'd recommend, an annual generation estimate for your postcode, an indicative saving and one installed price. No deposit at this stage and nothing to sign.
Step 3. Survey (when you're ready)
If the design looks right, we book a survey at a time that suits. The surveyor checks roof structure and covering, loft access and cable routes, the consumer unit and earthing, the meter position and where the battery and inverter will sit. If anything changes the design or the price you see the revised number in writing before you commit. Only then do we take a deposit and book the date.
Step 4. Install day
Scaffold goes up the day before. On the day our roofers fit rails and panels while our electricians install the inverter, battery and wiring, so most homes are generating the same afternoon. We commission the system, walk you through the app and clear up. All installations are commissioned and certified through our MCS-registered partner, so you qualify for Smart Export Guarantee payments. We handle the DNO paperwork and help you pick an export tariff.
What you won't get from us
No two-hour presentation at your kitchen table. No 'today only' price. No deposit before you've seen the design. And no range on a quote. A number is a number.
